The hotel's location near downtown is very convenient, as it is close to Orussey and central markets and Sorya Mall. Additionally, the rooms have a kettle, and the air conditioning eventually cools the room.
The reception can be difficult to deal with and there have been instances of miscommunication about breakfast coupons.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The central location made it easy to explore the city and its attractions. our room had great views of the city skyline and made for some great photo opportunities.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The air conditioning unit took quite some time to cool down the room and there were no bathrobes provided.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and I loved it! the room was very cozy, aircon worked perfectly fine and made the whole stay absolutely comfortable. the breakfast was really great, more than your usual hotel breakfast. Plus, the location was very convenient, just a few minutes away from the markets and malls.
The lack of amenities, no complimentary tea/coffee in the room, no bathrobe, and the minibar was empty. the staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating.

This hotel's location near downtown was perfect for our business trips, with easy access to the Orussey and central markets, as well as Sorya Mall. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and sparkling bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The stunning view from our window and the available mini-fridge were pleasant surprises.
The hotel could've done better in informing us of their name change.
